We look forward to seeing you at New Beginnings - A Craft Market on Saturday any time between 10am and 1pm at 52 Martin Avenue in Beckenham, Christchurch.

Two weeks to go!

I'm busy-busy getting the finishing touches done.  I managed to get a break just now because my drill battery ran flat (mid-hinge on our sandwich-board) so while it re-charges I thought I'd say, "Hello!"

I hope you're all enjoying the lovely weather Christchurch has been having lately - here's hoping it's a good sunny day like today.

We're on the home-stretch now, the countdown is on - 31 sleeps until we have our very first market!

There will be handmade dolls, delicious preserves, coffee, knitted goodies, restyled clothing and much, much more!

31 Aug Update

Hello and Welcome to all who are new to A Craft Market, please feel free to have a look through the site.

'Who's Coming' has been updated, check out who else we have coming along to New Beginnings.  Thank you to all the stallholders, we wouldn't be able to start without you.  It's exciting to see the list grow, the emails keep rolling in.

Update

I've been a little busy finding out where and how to get the word out about New Beginnings.

We're now on Stuff Events through EventFinda and we're on BeThere.  If anyone needs a good coffee at the market, never fear - Garry from KiwiCoffee is going to be there on the day too.

I finally got some printing done today, aren't they looking good!

And after all my hard work, I found a Nescafe sample in my mailbox which went down a treat on this cold afternoon.

Can't pass up the opportunity for a free sample!

Sneak-Peek

We're doing well so far, many visitors to this site and many likes on our Facebook page.  How very, very exciting!
